The Annual General Meeting shall be held at the National Assembly main chambers on Saturday, 1^st March, 2025 as from 9.00. a.m. Registration will start at 8:30 am.

The Agenda of the meeting shall be:

• Reading and adoption of notice convening the meeting,
• To read and confirm the minutes of the Last Annual General Meeting held on 2^nd March, 2024,
• Matters Arising from the previous minutes,
• Chairman’s report,
• Supervisory Committee report,
• Presentation and adoption of Audited Financial statements for the year 2024,
• Presentation and adoption of the revised budget 2025 and proposed budget 2026,
• Appointment of Auditors for the year 2025,
• Annual General Meeting Resolutions,
• Elections,
• Any Other Business.
